The bakery eventually moved to a larger facility in NW Portland, and expanded Delphina's Bakery into The Neighborhood Baking Company. After 17 years of baking bread in its NW Portland location, Delphina's Bakery moved in October 2000 into a building of its own on NE 42nd Avenue. The overwhelming support of the local neighborhood has brought a new sense of pride to this bakery and has resulted in the evolvement of a full-scale retail operation Delphina's Bread Shop & Café.
